Olympic Course
1500 meter swim - 40 kilometer bike - 10 kilometer run
The swim is two laps. Athletes will need to exit the water after the first lap with a short beach run before they reenter for the second lap. Athletes then transition (sand, grass, gravel) before they mount their bikes. The bike course is two laps. The bike course is on asphalt with one significant hill; the rest of the course is rolling hills or flat. The run course is two laps. The run is on trails, concrete sidewalk, asphalt surfaces with two aid stations on course. Athletes run two laps from transition before entering finish chute. The run course is flat.
Specific itinerary will be given to athletes.

The aquathlon course will use the swim and run routes the same as the Olympic course.

Super Sprint and Youth Race
300 meter swim - 5.8 mile bike - 1.1 mile run
The Super Sprint will have spots for age groupers and youths. Suggested ages for the youth race is 11-15. 300 meter swim. The bike course (5.8 miles) is flat with one rolling hill. The run course (1.1 miles) is flat and on crushed gravel/dirt trail. This race could be perfect for first timers.

Transition Area
This should be the general shape of the transition area. We may change it a bit. Transition area flows from south to north.
Please note the BIKE IN. This will make the transition area fair, regardless of your spot.

Mount and Dismount and 2nd Lap for Olympic Racers
Mount your bike as soon as you are on the road (asphalt). As you return on Manley, all bikers must turn right onto Gallatin Park Drive to finish the bike loop. Dismount your bike before the stop sign. Olympic racers will turn left here onto Manley Road for their second loop. Please mount and dismount appropriately (stay to the right)
